Will supplementing with BCAAs and arginine increase exercise performance?

    Supplementing with these amino acids does not appear to have meaningful ergogenic benefits for trained athletes. However, supplementation may provide long-term benefits with respect to muscle growth[1] and preservation,[2] which may lead to accumulated performance benefits in the long term.
