Sugar intake, screen time and sleep bruxism in children
In this 12-week randomized controlled trial in 41 children, educational interventions that targeted added sugar intake and screen time were associated with decreased sleep bruxism. The intervention with more follow-up appointments and family involvement was more effective than simple educational counseling.
