Zinc supplementation may reduce skin complications during regorafenib treatment
In this open-label randomized controlled trial, supplementation with zinc reduced the incidence of moderate to severe skin reactions on the hands and feet of participants receiving regorafenib for the treatment of colorectal cancer. These findings are preliminary.
