Bio
Bryan Saunders is a researcher who focuses on exercise nutrition and sports physiology, and is especially well-known for his lab's extensive contributions to the research on beta-alanine and sodium bicarbonate for sport performance. He holds a master's in sports science from Loughborough University and a PhD in sports nutrition from Nottingham Trent University. He completed two post-doctoral fellowships and a visiting professorship at the University of São Paulo, and currently works there as a contribuing researcher in their faculty of medicine. Additionally, he has worked as an online lecturer at Poznán University of Physical Education and as a exercise physiologist for the São Paulo Cycling Fedration.
