    Bio

    Igor, known as Igor Deoli on social media, earned his MD from Universidade Federal Fluminense - Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, and moved to the United States to continue his training.

    Currently, he is a trainee/student in the Master of Public Health program, Preventive Medicine Residency, and Lifestyle Medicine at the University of Rochester.

    Since his first years of Medical School in the early 2010s, Igor has been fascinated by Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism, dedicating his time to studying how humans can improve their mental and physical performances to the limit without compromising their health and lifestyle balance. As hobbies, Igor loves creating social media content related to Medicine, Prevention, and Lifestyle.
