Chromium has failed to demonstrate a benefit in athletic performance, but trials have generally been short (<13 weeks), so long-term effects are unknown.[1] Studies of chromium’s impact on parameters like strength and power,[2][3] body composition,[4][2][3] muscle fiber type,[2][3] or exercise capacity[4] have generally produced null results.
