Attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a complex disorder that can be diagnosed in both children and adults. Dietary interventions to treat ADHD have been considered as treatment options. The DASH diet might help improve some symptoms of ADHD, but the evidence remains unclear.[1][2]
