Balneotherapy (balneum means “bath” in Latin) is the practice of bathing in warm (minimum temperature of 20℃/68℉), mineral-containing, natural spring water. Balneotherapy is often used to treat fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, restless leg syndrome, and rheumatoid arthritis.
