Blueberries for babies: Beneficial or bunk?
In this randomized controlled trial, 76 infants (ages 5–6 months) were offered 10 grams of freeze-dried highbush blueberry powder daily until they were 12 months old. Allergy symptoms were minimally affected in the blueberry group.
