Topical coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E can benefit visual and retinal function in primary open-angle glaucoma
In this 1-year randomized controlled trial in 48 men and women with primary open-angle glaucoma, topical application of Coqun (an eye drop solution containing coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E) alongside antiglaucoma therapy improved visual and retinal function.
