Trace elements and minerals in drinking water and cognitive function

In this systematic review, silica in drinking water was somewhat consistently associated with better cognitive function in older adults, whereas no trace elements and minerals (including aluminum and fluoride) in drinking water were consistently associated with worse cognitive function.
