Is there any human evidence for anxiolytic effects of curcumin?

    Yes, but research is limited.[1] One gram of curcumin a day was shown to reduce anxiety when supplemented by people with obesity, compared to a placebo, in a crossover study. Depression was also measured, but there was no significant effect.
