Does exercise curb aggression in children and adolescents?
In this meta-analysis of 18 clinical trials in 2,497 children and adolescents, exercise led to moderate reductions in overall aggressive behavior, mainly by lowering anger, hostility, and physical aggression, but not verbal aggression.
