Do ketone drinks change cardiovascular function and nerve activity?
In this single-visit randomized controlled trial in 19 adults without health conditions, exogenous ketones did not affect heart rate, heart rate variability, cardiac output, blood pressure, blood flow, or nerve activity at rest or during short stress tests.
